Cityscape Latin America launches Business Breakfast series
in Sao Paulo

Cityscape Connect - Sao Paulo Business Breakfast

14th July 2009

Renaissance Hotel, Sao Paulo, Brazil

“Looking Beyond the Crisis”

Cityscape is dedicated to facilitating communication between investors and our network of real estate professionals. This year we are proud to launch Cityscape Connect, a series of business information events which provide the opportunity to network with leading industry figures and stay informed on the latest issues affecting the local market as well as the wider industry on a global scale.

Cityscape Connect is delighted to announce a new series of Business Breakfasts which will take place throughout the year as a supplement to the annual Cityscape Latin America conference and exhibition. The Business Breakfasts are a not-for-profit initiative launched by Cityscape to give back to the local and regional real estate communities which we serve.

How are Cityscape Connect Business Breakfasts different to the Cityscape Latin America Conference and Exhibition?

  • A smaller, more intimate gathering of like-minded real estate professionals
  • Short, sharp and concise morning sessions requiring little time out of the office
  • A more informal discussion and networking format
  • To continue the flow of information and keep you updated throughout the year
  • Variable locations in major business hubs across Latin America for easy access

Benefits of attending the Cityscape Connect Business Breakfasts

  • Participate in a dynamic forum for information exchange and idea sharing
  • Hear from a cross-section of industry leaders including investors, developers, advisors and more
  • Grow your knowledge on key issues and find solutions to business challenges
  • Discover investment and development opportunities across key sectors
  • Meet and network with senior level decision-makers from across the real estate industry

“Looking Beyond the Crisis”

Our first Business Breakfast in Latin America will delve into the global economic crisis that has cast a shadow over the real estate industry, changing market dynamics and growth prospects. It will explore the unique challenges facing the diverse Latin American market and provide exclusive insight and future forecasts from a panel of industry experts including:

  • Sandra Ralston, CEO, BN Corp
  • Felipe Cavalcante, President, ADIT
  • Helmut Fladt, Director, Pátria Investimentos
